Become one of our trusted advisors within managed services and Document Management! We are looking for a Sales Specialist with focus for our solutions within Document management.

We are looking for a Sales Specialist for our End User Services team who is passionate about services and Document Management. You will play a key role in selling and developing our Document Management offerings alongside with your colleagues and partners within Document Management. You support and work together with our Account Managers as well as our colleagues from Operations to make sure that we offer the right solutions for our customers. In the role as Sales Specialist, you will have to opportunity to strengthen your sales and document management skills.

My name is Johan Huhtanen and I work as Sales Manager for our Solutions Sales team in Sweden. As a leader I want you as an employee to feel involved and as an important part of our future success.

What a Sales Specialist does at Dustin

In the role of Sales Specialist, you will drive our solutions sales with document management and printing as your primary focus, together with our Account Managers within the SMB (Small & Medium businesses) segment. The End User Services team offer services such as Modern Workplace (device management and end user support), Security services, Document Management solutions and software.

Your primary responsibilities are:

  • Challenging our customers to identify and act on their opportunities and challenges.
  • Achieve a set individual revenue target.
  • Help the team to achieve our common goals.
  • Identify leads and opportunities.
  • Identify solutions and create quotes for our customers.
  • Contribute to the development of our services.

What you bring

To be successful in this role, we believe you bring the following:

  • Several years of experience from sales, it is a plus if you have sold services.
  • Several years of experience within printing and document management
  • Basic technical understanding
  • Comfortable speaking, reading and writing both in Swedish and English in a professional setting
